About Me
I am a PhD student in Philosophy at the University of Oslo (UiO). I received a BA (2019) in Philosophy and a MA (2022) in Philosophy (International Curriculum) from the University of Turin.
My main research interests are in the Philosophy of Mathematics and Logic. I'm currently specializing in (the Philosophy of) Set Theory, Foundations of Mathematics and Plural Logic. In my PhD thesis I try to understand and expand "the Iterative Conception of Set", the idea that sets are built in layers through an iterated application of some generative process that constructs new sets from the ones found at previous layers. Besides, I am also keen on Decision Theory, Theories of Bounded Rationality and Philosophy of Literature.
My research is funded by the ERC Advanced Project C:FORS: Construction in the Formal Sciences and I am supervised by Øystein Linnebo, the project leader. I am currently working on the work package involving constructional approaches to the foundations of mathematics.
